The Beyond the Diploma Summit is a free event created to help high school students prepare for what comes next.

Students will have the opportunity to hear from local entrepreneurs and attend sessions that they desire, led by local organizations such as Lorenzo’s All In Charity Chase, Peoria Grown, and the Hult Center For Healthy Living (see website and flyer for more specifics).

Students can RSVP at https://www.allinimpact.org/schedule/beyond-the-diploma-summit and choose the sessions they are most interested in attending.

This event is completely FREE for all high school students.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical knowledge, connect with community leaders, and build a plan for success beyond high school.

Earlier today, Lorenzo and Yadhi had the opportunity to visit Dr. C.T. Vivian Primary School and spend time with Kiara’s classroom.

We engaged students in fun, hands on financial literacy activities, including a Coupon Race, Budget Relay, and “The Price Is Right” Lockbox Challenge. These activities introduced important everyday money concepts such as budgeting, saving, and making smart spending decisions.

It was inspiring to see the students so engaged and excited to learn about financial literacy at an early age!

Lorenzo had the honor, through Lorenzo’s All In Charity Chase, to recognize an outstanding student at his alma mater, Peoria High School, with a $1,000 scholarship award.
