Before we can teach our children to follow Jesus, we have to let His Word take root in our own hearts.

Joshua 24:15 says, “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

May our homes be places where God’s Word is treasured, faith is lived out, and our families grow to become more like Jesus.

It starts with us. It starts at home.

Ruth has been a part of the Renewed Life Church family since 2020, where she met her husband, Joey. They have been married since 2022.

Ruth earned a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Arizona Christian University and currently teaches fourth grade at a local Christian school. Her passion for education and her love for children extend beyond the classroom, as she also has the joy of serving in our Children’s Ministry.

Ruth loves investing in and encouraging the next generation, helping children grow in their faith and develop a deeper understanding of who Jesus is.

We are so thankful for Ruth's heart for children, her passion for teaching, and the joy she brings to our Renewed Life family!

Join us tomorrow morning for our Women of Strength Bible Study as we continue our dive into the story of Esther and discover how God is working—even when we can’t see Him.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD.

The Holy Spirit isn’t simply a feeling, a force, or an influence. He is God—the third Person of the Trinity—and He lives within every believer.

He knows the heart and will of God. He knows what we need, where we’re going, and what God is calling us to.

So the question isn’t simply, “Do I have the Holy Spirit?”
It’s also: Am I listening to Him? Am I trusting Him? Am I allowing Him to lead my life?

If you are a follower of Christ, you are not walking through life alone. God Himself lives within you.

Where do you draw your strength when life gets difficult?

As followers of Christ, our strength isn’t found in ourselves—it’s found in Jesus. And when we truly understand the hope we’ve been given, our hearts should begin to break for those who are still searching for it.

There are people all around us who are hurting, lost, and living without the hope of Jesus.
