Wesley, our Health Navigation Services Manager, has been leading with heart since joining us in September 2025. From supporting our team of health navigators to addressing health disparities and expanding access to care for gender diverse individuals, Wesley helps ensure our community gets the support it deserves while also overseeing transportation services and strengthening programs across our agency.
As Wesley shares:
“So often, the issues we navigate are made worse by social isolation, loneliness, and stigma. The solution is to embrace our communal roots and come together to participate in acts of joy.”
That’s exactly what our Social Groups and Peer-Led Support Groups are all about creating safe, affirming spaces where connection, joy, and belonging can thrive. 💛
