Lakeview Center - a network of behavioral health programs and facilities providing psychiatric care, mental health counseling, substance use treatment, developmental training and vocational services. We were honored to share expertise at the Panhandle Association of Code Enforcement (P.A.O.C.E.) educational event. Tia Guidry, director of Lakeview Center of Walton County, Autumn McAllister, director of emergency services, and Carolyn Shearman, director of acute care services, presented on the intersection of mental health, hoarding and homelessness, helping attendees better understand the human element behind these complex situations and approaches for supporting individuals in need. 💙

Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 14, Lakeview Center will resume normal operations and return to regular program and service schedules.
• Outpatient counseling and psychiatry appointments for adults and children on Pensacola main campus will resume with normal operating hours on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
• Avalon Center in Milton will reopen with normal operating hours on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
• Clients with urgent behavioral health needs who do not have an appointment may visit our walk-in clinic (Central Access Center) at 1201 W. Lakeview Ave. in Pensacola from 8 am to 4 pm.
• Lakeview Center locations in Walton County, Shalimar and Century are open with normal hours.
• Pharmacy on main campus in Pensacola is open with normal hours.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) dosing continues to be available at all locations with normal hours, as well as our injection and Spravato® clinic.
• Community-based programs are resuming visits as conditions allow.
• Mobile Response Team, co-responder, residential and acute care services will continue to be available.

Following impacts from Hurricane Isaias, service availability varies by location as recovery efforts continue. Please review the latest operational updates below before visiting a Lakeview Center location.

• Outpatient counseling and psychiatry appointments on main campus in Pensacola remain closed. Clients with urgent behavioral health needs may visit our walk-in clinic (Central Access Center) at 1201 W. Lakeview Ave. from 8 am to 5 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
• Avalon Center in Milton remains closed.
• Lakeview Center locations in Walton County, Shalimar and Century will be open beginning Tuesday, Oct. 13.
• Pharmacy on main campus in Pensacola will be open during normal hours beginning Tuesday, Oct. 13.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) dosing continues to be available at all locations with normal hours, as well as our injection and Spravato® clinic.

• Outpatient appointments and community-based home visits scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled, including all programs from Escambia to Walton County.
• Pharmacy on main Lakeview Center campus will be open from 9 am to 2 pm on Monday, Oct. 12.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) dosing will be available at all locations with normal hours.
• Mobile Response Team, co-responder, residential and acute care services will continue to be available.

Due to Tropical Storm Isaias, all Lakeview Center offices and facilities will be closed Friday, Oct. 9:

• Lakeview Center outpatient appointments and community-based home visits scheduled for Friday will be rescheduled, including all programs from Escambia to Walton County.
• Pharmacy on main Lakeview Center campus will be closed.
• Lakeview Center's Medication-Assisted Treatment program will provide take-home dosing for Thursday through Sunday at all three locations.
• Mobile Response Team, co-responder, residential and acute care services will continue to be available.

Due to the forecasted potential impact of Hurricane Isaias on the Panhandle, the Landrum 5K scheduled for this Saturday, October 10, has been cancelled.
