(NWFLS) d/b/a EMERALD COAST LEGAL AID (ECLA) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Florida corporation formed in 1978 to provide high quality civil legal services to low income residents, abused spouses or children and the elderly, residing in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida. The principal funding sources are grants from foundations, federal and state agencies, county administrations, fee for servi

ce contracts and grants from the Florida Bar Foundation funded by Interest on Trust Accounts (IOTA), which provides legal services to our clients with no charges for attorney fees.
