Happy New Year to all the volunteers and contractors that helped thru the relief recovery after Hurricane Helene ran thru our community…

🎉 Happy New Year! 🎉

As we look back on 2025, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude—for the new friends we’ve made, the stories we’ve shared, and everything we’ve been able to accomplish together. One thing is clear: we could never do this alone.

We want to sincerely thank every resident who trusted us and welcomed us onto your property. Alongside thousands of volunteers and dedicated contractors, digging, repairing, and rebuilding, we’ve been able to make a real difference—together.

As we step into this new year, we’re excited for continued partnerships, shared goals, and the opportunity to accomplish even more in the months ahead.

Here’s to hope, healing, and rebuilding—together.

A few weeks ago we received a call and asked if we could help with a special need in the community. Of course we jumped on the opportunity. When you have excellent partners its easier to organize and complete a job. But when they bring their own Team of amazing carpenters, everyone wins...

We received a call from our contact at Tabernacle Church of Hickory and Hope Allen Center for Exceptional Children. This is a school we went to a couple of months back and watched and helped their students plant new veggies in their new greenhouse. This entire connection has been such a blessing to us, allowing us to come in and be a small part of your students lives, and bless them with something fun and hopefully memorable.

This project was to construct a wheel chair ramp for a man in their community that had fallen and broken his leg. He ran into some more complications keeping him at his rehab facility. He wasn't being released to come home because of the complications with the break. We were given a short window to raise some money, put a team together, and get the project completed before they would release him to come home...

A huge thanks to Sarah Blanton from Tabernacle Church and Hope Allen Center for Exceptional Children for assembling an amazing team of men from their church that took charge and completed this beautiful ramp for Mr. Jack before the deadline. we couldnt be happier for everyone that pitched in and played their part to bless this family. It was a pleasure to work with each of you and watch and learn how you put your skills to work... Thanks again to everyone that had a hand in this project. We pray that God bless each one of you and for Mr. Jack to have a complete and quick recovery process.

Thanks again until our next project together,
