A HAPPY ENDING — MISSING CHILD LOCATED SAFELY!

The Milton Police Department is relieved to share that the four-year-old child who wandered away from home has been located. We are incredibly grateful for the assistance, teamwork, and dedication of the many agencies that stepped up to help bring this situation to a safe resolution.

A special thank-you to our partner agencies who came to Milton to assist with hurricane recovery efforts and immediately jumped in to help search for one of our youngest citizens:

**Florida Atlantic University Police Department** — for providing drone assistance.

**Riviera Beach Police Department** — for deploying a canine to assist in the search.

**Boynton Beach Police Department** — for officers who searched the area on foot.

**Boca Raton Police Department** — for officers who searched the roadways.

These officers came to our community to help us navigate the challenges of hurricane recovery, and without hesitation, they answered another call for help. Their willingness to shift gears and assist in a search for a missing child speaks volumes about the spirit of service, compassion, and partnership that defines law enforcement.

As we continue to recover from Hurricane Isaias, we are reminded that we are never alone in serving our communities. When one community needs help, others show up. When a child is missing, we come together. And when our neighbors are struggling, we stand beside them.

To every officer and agency that assisted: thank you. Your support means more than words can express, and we are proud to stand alongside you in service to our communities.

Most importantly, we are thankful for the safe outcome and grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.

⚠️ A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✔️ Know your evacuation zone and have a plan.

✔️ Keep multiple ways to receive weather warnings, especially if the power or internet goes out.

✔️ If you or someone in your household needs medical or mobility assistance during an evacuation, contact your county about its special needs registry.

✔️ Follow your local utility provider for power outage updates.

✔️ Never assume a shelter is open without checking official announcements.

BRIDGE CLOSURES: Due to deteriorating weather conditions, at 3:00 PM we are closing THEO BAARS BRIDGE, BOB SIKES BRIDGE, and PENSACOLA BAY BRIDGE (3 MILE) to thru traffic.

Please plan accordingly.

As Hurricane Isaias approaches, the FFARA 146.760 MHz repeater is now being reserved for emergency and priority traffic only.

Please avoid routine conversations, testing, or other non-essential use of the repeater until normal operations resume.

SKYWARN weather reports and traffic will be handled on the 146.700 MHz K4SRC repeater beginning at 1600 hours.

Please continue to monitor conditions, keep your radios and backup power ready, and remain available should additional amateur radio support be needed.

ARES members should not self-deploy to the EOC or other locations unless specifically requested or assigned.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please stay safe as conditions deteriorate.

MISSING ENDANGERED JUVENILE: Adrian Zane Robertson (DOB: 5/23/2011)

Adrian was last seen on 9/28/26 in the area of Millstone Blvd. He was wearing a dark-colored shirt and black pants. He is 6’1”, 185 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.
