When I made this page years ago, I had face to face meetings planned in Pensacola . This page has been just existing. My life has made so many changes, I am ready to utilize this page For Support. If anyone needs space to explore and talk about all the changes involved with changing your Body Size with Bariatric Surgery, FEEL FREE to share. I welcome anyone who would like to share your journey FEEL FREE to share to your comfort level. This is a Public Group intended to be support in this journey that can be so complicated and at times isolating. I will post some nuggets of my story as an intent to assist others to keep moving forward in the Dance of Life. Dr Lord performing Bariatric Sugery on me saved my life.

Today I am counting blessings to build the life I want to enjoy! ❤️ Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery saved my life! Thank You Dr. Jeffrey Lord at Sacred Heart for convincing me to start this jouney. Jan 2007 when we met, you and Stacy’s commercial prompted my needed courage. Wow what a ride!The multiple people God has placed in my life. Some just brief and others stick around! Must be a big plan for me to carry out, He has not totally revealed. I usually think about things and put off living out my thoughts which I THINK throws off my balance. Think about that! Sounds like I need a shift to achieve balance. Shift to movement and action. So who wants to dance along as we: Create a life we enjoy!

Most of you know my journey this past decade, moving from Morbid Obese, to Obese etc. . . .. As I start my next Chapter I want to achieve Normal Body Size. Please Hold Comments about changing my focus away from a number, it is not about the number, but how I feel. I have ridden the Beauty from With in wave to the max. My life is good and I so appreciate my blessings that surround me.

Is there anyone who would enjoy a regular meeting again? You guys gave me so much love during a dark spot, I would like to get us going again. Body changes are big!!!!! I plan to take mine to the next level soon.
