Through advocacy, we work as change agents to influence policy that promotes gender equity in health, education, and economic empowerment. We believe through our efforts we will fulfill our vision of seeing black women and girls living in a world where socio-economic inequity does not exist. The Pensacola Chapter is an organization of career(professional and volunteer) women who are integrally inv

olved in the social, political, familial, religious, and economic matrixes of the community and who want to work solutions on issues of concern to the African-American community. The Pensacola Chapter also works to achieve diversity in talents within its members. Individuals must provide time, financial support, and contacts; conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to the organization; have viewpoints that coincide with the viewpoint and goal of the National NC100BW as indicated in its Mission Statement, and demonstrate individual discipline and responsibility
