🌎 A short-term host experience can create memories that last long after summer ends.

This July, welcome an international teenager to Northwest Florida and experience the world without leaving home. Share everyday moments, introduce them to local traditions, learn about another culture, and show what life in our community is all about.

The conversations, connections, and perspectives you gain may stay with you for years to come.

Contact our office to learn more about hosting.

✨ Join Our Team! ✨

We are hiring for two positions and would love to hear from people who enjoy connecting with others, coordinating meaningful experiences, and contributing to work that makes an impact close to home.

Current openings:
• Program Coordinator (Full-Time)
• Program Associate (Part-Time)

In addition to meaningful and engaging work, we offer paid time off, sick leave, and some work hour flexibility because we believe supporting our team matters too.

No two days are exactly alike. One day may involve coordinating professional exchange appointments, another supporting youth leadership activities, planning events, or helping showcase Northwest Florida to exchange participants.

If you are looking for work that is collaborative, purposeful, and occasionally a lot of fun, we encourage you to learn more.
