In Loving Memory of Noodle.
It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to our beloved friend and companion, Noodle, a magnificent Friesian horse who touched the lives of many. Noodle crossed the rainbow bridge on Nov 19, 2023 leaving behind a legacy of healing and inspiration that will forever be cherished.
Noodle, with his majestic presence and gentle spirit, was not just an ordinary horse. He was a beacon of hope and solace for those in need, playing a pivotal role in the creation of Ostel Place and Ostel Pets for Vets Inc Nonprofit Charitable Organization. These organizations were born out of Noodle’s unwavering dedication to helping others find solace and healing through the bond between humans and animals.
At Ostel Place, Noodle’s graceful movements and calming demeanor provided therapy and comfort to countless individuals struggling with physical and emotional challenges. His presence alone had a transformative effect, offering a sense of peace and tranquility to those who needed it most. Noodle’s ability to connect with people on a profound level was truly remarkable, and his impact on their lives immeasurable.
Pets for Vets was another testament to Noodle’s extraordinary influence. Through this organization, Noodle helped veterans and those who suffer from PTSD by providing them with the love, support, and companionship they needed to navigate the challenges of post-trauma life. Noodle’s innate ability to understand and empathize with those who had experienced trauma was nothing short of extraordinary. His gentle nuzzles and soothing presence brought comfort and healing to those who had sacrificed so much in their lives and for our country.
Beyond his incredible work, Noodle was a cherished member of our family. His playful spirit and mischievous nature brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. Whether it was galloping through open fields or enjoying evening in the barn, Noodle’s zest for life was infectious, reminding us to appreciate every precious moment.
Noodle’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched. His memory will continue to inspire us to reach out to those in need, to be compassionate, and to recognize the healing power of the human-animal bond. We are forever grateful for the time we had with Noodle, and we find solace in knowing that his spirit will forever be a guiding light in our lives.
Rest in peace, dear Noodle. Your hoofprints will forever remain etched in our hearts, and your legacy will continue to heal and inspire for generations to come.
