1. To provide medical/health assistance to those who have existing disabilities as well as those in need.

WCAAFC is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization,, with primary objective of improving the quality of life of AmerAsians in the Phil.,who are facing difficult times by influencing individuals, groups & institutions into realizing this humanitarian concern. This organization was founded to honor my parents by way of helping children of US servicemen and Filipinas who were not fortunate enough to have be

en given options in life, particularly Philippines, particularly in Olongapo City, Zambales and Angeles City, Pampanga. To continue to provide aids during Covid19 Pandemic.
