Here's hoping that Any Good People Left, can survive...This my First post in 3 months after the M**h Explosion in Apt 101,102, and 103,...which Management refused to report but Maintenance cleaned the apartment Very Well to remove ALL Evidence...But DEA knows.....I am Still under Medical Treatment after all the criminal activities in Apt 101,102,103and so many others...All of which Management knows about but does nothing...needs the rent...I had to leave so many expensive and necessary items, paperwork, furniture because the smoke was getting so bad and the occupants of these apartments came out stoned and started some really BAD trouble with my Movers...I could not take it and neither could my Great Movers...Their Boss came over after we were clear of more trouble, we left, and then He called Police, etc. ...Stay Safe...Stay Well...

WELL...It has been a while since I posted anything on our page but I did answer all your daily Private Messages and I thank you and vice versa. I have waited to post this for almost a month now, but I still do not want to post everything my lawyers, and I etc., have found out...We think it is best. We thought that the Management would have the courtesy of letting residents know about this Big Event but that has not happened, No Surprise....So anyway....ALL I am going to say is that we have been bought out, also Dogwood was bought out too and with the same new Property Management Company. It is a very large company out of Atlanta GA, but I am not going to post the name.... But I wanted to post something for those of you who may still decide to stay, Maybe you will get some renovations now that we are under new management.....FCA has long been gone and my lawyers are still working on getting the Security Deposits, etc. and working on a few things for just me and my situation with my health from Skunk Smoke, moving, and getting my costs paid for through, of course, a lawsuit...My lawyers do not feel anything will be done by the law voluntarily...

SO Everyone....I hope things work out for ALL of you who are worthy ... and more importantly...hopefully, this new company will have a more forceful hand in getting the Drug and Crime out of this complex....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️....4:28 AM this Morning‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Another Drug deal right in front of my building and right in front of me...Saw the whole thing and the people involved were very familiar, for one reason, the guy who I could have shaken hands with, is a new resident to this building but I have seen him many times before...and the others ...all the same...and This Guy who looked me right in my face, didn't feel any sense of trouble...WELL...Trouble there will be...DO NOT DO DRUGS OR DRUG DEALS ON THIS COMPLEX GROUNDS...YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED…. THAT'S A GOD-GIVEN PROMISE. We record everything in front of my building but Most of you Know that already....there is another apartment here that is also doing drugs and drug operations and police already know about them...You could smell "Skunk" all over last night and I am going thru medical breathing lung treatment because my lungs have inhaled so much second-hand smoke...I REPORT EVERY SINGLE LITTLE DETAIL, INCLUDING LICENSE PLATES AND MAKE, COLOR OF CAR……NO THIS IS NOT A THREAT TO THOSE I SAW AND WHO I KNOW...IT IS A PROMISE…..and AT 6 AM I phoned in all the details of last night to the Escambia Drug/Crime Task Force...There are already very familiar with one of the apartments, they had to come once already on them this week....and many times before….Security Police will begin charging for repeat “CUSTOMERS” and YOU WILL PAY FOR Everything….‼️‼️‼️

‼️‼️‼️...A couple of us were having some FUN this afternoon helping one of my neighbors move out, which is always sad to lose Good People, but a raise to $800 for one of the worst apartments in the complex was Highway Robbery and they are off to live with Family for a while saving to buy a house. But we talked about all that is going on here and someone talked about a person who was telling them last week that he heard from the office here that everything is made up that is posted here on this Critical page. I think it's Great ----Believe what you want to Believe and Believe Whom you want to Believe but every word on this FB Page has been the Absolute God-Given Truth from DAY ONE...and frankly I don't care if some people don't want to believe it or now...No Skin Off My Back...I keep up on the legal side every day...I ask you though...How do you think the Trash finally got picked up this week...after 3 weeks of Hell ??? It was because of a Code Violation which was called in by several of our Tenants and Commissioner Underhill got the Ball rolling even faster or that trash would still be there...Now Believe that or not...Take it to the office and ask them...Believe what they want you to believe... Doesn't Effect My Physical, or Psychological Drive to Get This Place under Receivership....and FAST...My Train Has Many, Many Passengers in and off this Complex..... YES, YOU ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ...I KNEW IT TOO...BUT GREAT TO SEE OTHERS WATCHING FOR THESE VERY IMPORTANT EPISODES HERE.....‼️‼️‼️...The Trash was not picked up last week and has not been picked up yet this week...Anyone want to GUESS WHY...‼️‼️‼️...That's Right..a simple call to the trash company and Wellington has not paid the Bill...A Call to Code Enforcement and they were already on the case and said also they were issuing citations for the abandoned car with flat tires and no license plates right by the office, and the grounds have not been taken care of ...grass and vegetation is too high and overgrown...also too much junk around on the ground level patios...draws critters we don't want...I was really happy to hear someone had called before me...Stand Together...Get More Done....Now Read Post Below....Have A Great Week...💥💥💥

‼️‼️‼️...SECURITY DEPOSITS...‼️‼️‼️ Several People have Private Messaged me from both Dogwood (Welcome Everyone) and Wellington that they have not received their Security Deposits back....I addressed this once before in a far more serious tone (basically the owners who are nowhere to be found but Law Enforcement are saying they are encouraged) well..anyway the old FCA owners defaulted on the mortgage and skipped out and separated...they took with them every dollar, every penny they could...that is why our Rent Checks, Money Orders, Etc., are going to a COLLECTION AGENCY ON THEIR BEHALF....WE ARE PAYING OFF THEIR DEFAULTED MORTGAGE...They have stolen the Security Deposits also....‼️‼️‼️
But The Law states that the Landlord has 30 to return your deposits with a letter of any deduction and enclose a check for the amount left over...If the Landlord does not do that, the Law states, you Get your ENTIRE security Deposit back...no deductions,, no questions asked...if you don't ...Please go the Pensacola Courthouse and they will help you file a Petition to get it back...any questions...post them here...I will get back to you...Now Please Also Read Post Below....☘️☘️☘️☘️

Our Really Great Mailman was making his stop here when I went to place a few letters in the outgoing mail. He had ALL the boxes open and all you could see were GREEN PAPER placed in each of so many boxes that read "VACANT" in Bold Black Marker...We are not less than 35 % occupancy...that's ALOT of MOVE-OUTS and more and MORE Are Coming...‼️‼️‼️
