💕 Empowered Girls Empower Other Girls.

Our Teen Ambassadors do more than community service; they show up, find their voice, lead with confidence, and lift other girls along the way.

Through Project Period, they help prepare and deliver emergency period packs directly into schools, helping girls protect their dignity, stay in class, and keep learning.

Along the way, our ambassadors grow too by learning leadership, public speaking, advocacy, teamwork, and responsibility while seeing firsthand the impact they can make in their own community.

They may join to serve, but they leave empowered to lead. 🎀

Know a school in need of product, our mission is to keep girls in school learning. 1 in 4 girls will miss class due to lack of product.

Another 100 Project Period Emergency Packs have been delivered to local schools! 🎀

Each pack is specially curated to protect a girl’s dignity, providing a full day’s supply of period products when the unexpected happens.

Our goal is simple: keep girls in school, learning, confident, and moving forward.

One pack. One day of dignity. One less reason to miss class. 💕

Juggling a career and raising a teen daughter can feel like living in two worlds at once. Meetings, deadlines, emails, practices, school events—and somewhere in the middle, trying to make sure she still knows she matters.

💗 Mom Check-In

☐ Did I put my phone down when she started talking?
☐ Did I ask about more than grades and schedules?
☐ Did I tell her I’m proud of who she is becoming?
☐ Did I make room for one ordinary moment together?
☐ Did I remind myself that presence doesn’t require perfection?

🎀 This Week’s Challenge:
Choose one 20-minute pocket of time that belongs only to you and her—car ride, coffee, bedtime, dinner, whatever works.

💕 Girls Supporting Girls!

Girl empowerment is contagious and empowerment has been the foundation of 4EVR DEZ since 2022.

Gulf Coast Hurricanes Cheer Teams came together to raise awareness about period poverty, collecting 822 period products plus a cash donation. Their support helps us move 164 Project Period Emergency Packs into local schools. 🎀

That means more girls can stay in class, keep learning, and keep moving forward without their period getting in the way.

Empowered girls empower other girls. And that’s how change spreads. 💕

A new school year is a fresh start. 🎀
You don’t have to change who you are to fit in.

Walk in knowing:
💕 You belong.
💕 Your voice matters.
💕 Kindness is confidence.
💕 You can make someone else feel seen.

This year, don’t just focus on making friends; be the friend.

💕 M.O.M. Monday | Dear Mom

Being a teen girl today looks different than it did when we were growing up.

The friendship drama doesn’t always end when the school bell rings. Social media follows her home.

Mom, staying connected matters more than ever.

💗 This Week’s Mom Check-In

* Do I know what apps she spends the most time on?
* Have I asked what her group chats are like; not just who is in them?
* Do I know what makes her feel left out or pressured?
* Have we talked about what a healthy friendship looks like?
* Have I reminded her that likes and followers don’t determine her worth?
* Does she know she can tell me something uncomfortable without immediately being judged?
* Have I asked how she is doing—and stayed long enough to hear the real answer?

🎀 Mom + Daughter Challenge

Put the phones away for 20 minutes this week and ask:
“What does being a teen girl feel like in the digital age?”

Mom….just listen. No fixing. No comparing it to when you were her age. Give her room to teach you about her world.

Sometimes building confidence starts with making sure she knows home is a safe place to use her voice. 💕

💕 We’re Dreaming BIG!

Today we worked inside our new space; planning the vibe, organizing, sorting and packing feminine products to help keep girls in school. 💗

We’re creating a place where teen girls can feel seen, heard, safe, and have a place to land and hang.

✨ August 29 — we kick off our new season RUSH STYLE! We are looking forward to welcoming our new class into a space where past class members and community helped bring to life.
