CareerSource has partnered with The Pensacola Chamber to host The Workforce Empowerment Summit on June 28th from 10am to 2pm.

Unlike a normal job fair, this event will connect Job Seekers directly to industry experts. Job Seekers will have the opportunity to ask industry related questions such as certifications, education requirements, and training directly to industry experts. Job seekers can meet directly with hiring managers to learn tools to improve their resume, how to get in a specific field, and get an interview. A Resume Workshop will be offered after breakout sessions to all interested. Free lunch will be provided. Job Seekers will have the opportunity to choose from two 30 min breakout rooms with employers from the following industries:

• Construction: Hosted in Training Room D
• Technical/IT: Hosted in Training Room B
• Education: Hosted in Training Room C
• Healthcare: Hosted in Boardroom
• Financial: Hosted in Teams Room
• Hospitality: Hosted in Front Entrance (Success Room)
