Dear Neighbors:

Due to Mike Minnerly moving from the neighborhood, we will have an opening on the HOA board beginning in mid-August to fill out his term as Vice President (term expires November 2018). Per the bylaws, the Board requires at least 3 homeowners.

If you are interested in being on the HOA board, please let us know by August 1st. No prior HOA experience is needed and generally the role requires less than an hour a month of your time. If no one volunteers to fill the vacancy, the Board will appoint someone to the position.

Envision Land Use LLC has informed us that they have contracted with CalAtlantic Homes to complete construction in Phase 4. It is expected that construction will commence in June.
