Heather's Walk for the Cure of Lung Cancer

Hi everyone:
Just to clear up a few misconceptions. Heather's husband Brad decided last year not to have the walk anymore. His life has gone in a different direction with a new handsome baby boy and other changes in his life. Altho we put our heart and soul into this walk from day 1, without a good working committee and a strong leader, we all agreed to end the walk. With all of Heather's family and friends not being involved anymore, we decided that if there were a new walk , it would not be called the Heather Saler Walk. As much as we will miss our wonderful walk, we are proud of what Heather started and we are proud of what we have accomplished since we lost her. We are proud of all of those who supported our walk and lung cancer research! We wish the new South Jersey walk great success !

To all with so much thankfullness and appreciation:
For many reasons and with great sadness, we have decided to end the Heather Saler Walk.. We will all continue to fight lung cancer in our own ways and will never stop! One day we will help find a cure! Please continue to fight the fight by spreading awareness, donating to lung cancer research and supporting all lung cancer victims/survivors!! Thank You All:)

Merry Christmas. Have a safe, healthy , happy holiday. Our wish is for everyone to have a wonderful New Year that is full of only good things---- happiness, financial security, good health , a loving family and "always there for you" friends............ :)
We can also hope that 2013 is the year we find a cure for lung cancer!!!!! Thank you all for your amazing support over the years!

Thank you all for participating in the Heather Saler 9th Annual Lung Cancer Walk!! With the hurricane, the winds, the cold, so many people still came out and joined us ,which was amazing. Altho the weather was not the best, no one seemed to care!. So much fun, food, laughter was had by all, which we all needed this week. And of course we did not forget why we were there--- to raise funds for lung cancer research and to support all those with lung cancer. Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen:)
