CHFK Co-Founder John Gianacaci was proud to present a $1,500 donation to John Bailey, founder of Joint Effort Princeton.

For more than 30 years, John Bailey has been giving back to the very community that helped shape him. Having grown up in Princeton’s Witherspoon-Jackson neighborhood, John created Joint Effort as a way to use basketball and youth sports to bring kids together, provide positive opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with police and community leaders.

We love supporting people who never forget where they came from and continue finding ways to lift up the next generation.

A beautiful new partnership rooted in love, legacy, and giving back 🧘🏻‍♀️ 💗.

Christine’s Hope for Kids is honored to welcome Dawn Holst and Honor Yoga of Pennington to the CHFK family!

Dawn, a local yoga instructor and passionate advocate for the arts, reached out looking to partner with a local organization that supports youth arts in honor of someone very special to her family, Grant. Through Grant a Guitar, created by Dawn and her daughter, Adriana, they have kept Grant’s memory alive by providing brand-new guitars to local children with a passion for music, inspiring the next generation of young musicians.

After recently relocating to the area, Dawn was looking for a meaningful way to continue Grant’s incredible legacy. Together with Honor Yoga of Pennington, she has committed to donating her PERSONAL proceeds from her weekly yoga classes to CHFK! These donations will help support local music programs, lessons, equipment, summer camps, activity bags for kids, and so much more. Giving children the opportunity to discover, create, and thrive.

We are incredibly grateful to Dawn, her family, and Honor Yoga for choosing CHFK to be part of Grant’s legacy. Together, we’re proving that kindness, compassion, and a love for the arts can continue to change lives for years to come.
