Hope you are all safe and sound out there!!! You’ll be glad to know that we are still pursuing options for the Spring Play 2020 and the revival of Muddah Goose for MS. These could be our first streaming productions! Who knows? Stay tuned for updates!

And in the meantime, continue to use your Pennington drama network if you need it. As the girls from 2009 up on Buck 4 used to sing, “We’re all in this together!!!”

Many of you have heard news of the passing of our beloved Colleen Wolters ‘09. Colleen was a strong and captivating performer from her TPS debut as Cobweb in Midsummer, to her turn as the Scottish King in her senior year. She brought light and joy to each rehearsal, to our travels to Scotland, and to all of our hearts. Our best thoughts of healing are with her family and friends at this time.

It’s been important to me to hear from those who have reached out at this time; I value our memories of those years and shows so much. The theatre bond is strong and deep, surpassing time and space. May it hold all of us in times of need, and bring us warmth and love when most needed. I hope that Colleen feels the pull of our thread and finds eternal peace. —LHouston

Were you in Wonderland in 2009 or 2012? Well. This coming weekend is the Middle School Play and they are doing the 2012 version. Ms. Hall has redone the costumes, we dug out Kate Ju's old cake, and have a fresh new take on our old favorite. Peter Secrest '13, now Middle School Latin teacher extraordinaire, is advising director, Julia Wakin '19. Please come! We miss you all so much!
