Lee County Tobacco Festival Lee County To***co Festival. Started in 1949. A festival created to celebrate the harvest of the area to***co crop. It is also Lee County’s oldest annual parade.

The Lee County To***co Festival was established in 1948. It is the longest-running to***co festival in the state of Virginia. The festival was hosted by various community organizations throughout the years, but beginning in 2012, a tax-exempt 501 non-profit organization was formed. Friends of the To***co Festival was founded to preserve the festival’s heritage and ensure its future continuance.
