We are officially finished with our 2025 campaign. We are now focused on Christmas with our own families. Merry Christmas everyone!

Today is the last day for the 2025 campaign. We are here at town hall in Pennington Gap 528 Industrial Rd until 3. We will close the campaign as my volunteers prepare for their families Christmas. We still have a few toys left so if you’re still in need now is the time.

🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁**Attention**🎁🎁🎁🎁

After we closed the campaign, we took inventory (and weather) into consideration. We are able to offer one more first-come first-serve option to the community.

We will open the doors at 528 Industrial Rd Pennington Gap VA at 1pm on Saturday, December 20th until 3pm

Please bring ID, proof of address, and birth certificate or medical cards for each child. No email is needed.

This is not for you to come get extra if you have already picked up your toys. This day will be for those that missed the registration deadline or missed their pick up dates. Toys are limited for certain age groups. We hope to help all we can but again. there are limited age Δ±tems.
I kindly ask that you do not message asking what age groups we can serve at this time. We can serve birth to 18 yrs while supplies last.

All necessary information is readily available on this page and in the letter. I kindly request that you take a moment to review these resources, as the information has been posted multiple times. If you have applied and received an email, please note that it must be printed out, as specified on this page and in the letter. For Lee, Wise, Norton, and Scott counties, the pickup location will be the Pennington Gap Town Hall, located at 528 Industrial Rd., Pennington Gap, VA. πŸŽ…πŸ»NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. Please ensure you have all required paperwork in hand, as no exceptions will be made. Required documents include: Parent ID, Email (must be printed out), Proof of address (current bill), and Birth certificate for each child or custody papers. Only the person listed on the application can pick up; no exceptions will be made. Please refer to the email for specific times. We will be closed from 11:00-1:00 for lunch.
