💪 If you're in your 30s or 40s, strength training may be more important than you realize.

Muscle mass typically peaks around ages 30–35, and beginning around this same age, we naturally start losing muscle—about 3–5% per decade!

The good news? Strength training can help fight that decline. It helps maintain muscle and bone strength and makes it easier to keep doing the things you love as you get older. In fact, current guidelines recommend that adults include muscle-strengthening activity at least 2 days each week.

🏋️ Not sure where to start? That's exactly why we offer SCULPT!

You don't need weight-training experience. You don't need to know which exercises to do. And you don't need to own a single piece of equipment.

Jenni will lead you through the entire workout, helping you build strength in a fun, welcoming group environment. We provide all the equipment—you just bring yourself (and grab a friend!)

📅 Saturdays throughout September
⏰ 10:00–10:45 AM
💲 $10 per class or $32 for a four-class pack

Whether you're 30, 40, 50, 60 or beyond, building strength now is an investment in what your body will be able to do for years to come.

We are so close.

We have $685,000 left to raise to complete the work needed for a certificate of occupancy including the turf, multipurpose flooring, indoor track, and the equipment that will allow this space to come alive for our community.

And right now, your gift can go twice as far.

Thanks to a generous $75,000 matching grant from the Lisk Morris Foundation, every dollar donated toward the match will be doubled.

This is about creating a place where kids can play, seniors can stay active, families can connect, teams can practice, and our entire community can gather year-round.

Every gift matters. Every dollar gets us closer. And right now, every dollar can have twice the impact.

Help us finish this project!

🌮 August Take & Bake was a fiesta! 🧀🎉

This week at Milly's Market by Milly's Pantry, we mixed, chopped, layered, and baked up a Cheesy Mexican Dinner designed to feed the whole family! ❤️

There’s something pretty great about bringing people together around good food — especially when dinner is already prepped and ready to pop in the oven. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to Milly’s Pantry for helping us make another delicious Take & Bake happen!

🌶️ Family dinner made easy.
🧀 Lots of cheesy goodness.
🌮 And a little Mexican-inspired fun!
