Success!!
This one word helps to sum up PHHS Post Prom 2023. Without a doubt, the junior class parents achieved an epic post prom event for the attending PHHS upper classmen (and even some of the school staff).
There were countless hours of researching, planning, and executing for this grandiose event by our small (but mighty) core group of Post Prom volunteer parents. All of the creative dreams turned to fruition and truly surpassed our expectations of transforming the school into an unforgettable experience.

▶️Thank you to all the creative parents that came on Friday night to help begin the decoration process. There were ups and downs but the end result was amazing.
▶️Thank you to the Saturday afternoon finishing parents. This small handful of people came in and made sure the final details were added and the construction supplies were hidden. Your last minute work was appreciated more than you know.
▶️Thank you to all the post prom workers, this was a combination of parents, grandparents, family members and friends. You ensured the students had fun and stayed safe during the late evening and early morning hours. Plus, you turned around and helped get all of the items torn down, disassembled and carried to the gym.
▶️Thank you to our fearless leaders. Wow!! You selected fun games, you constructed new rooms, you fabricated elaborate backdrops, you designed entire locations and venues inside the school. The simple words, "Thank you" does not generate the amount of admiration that is felt.

It was a remarkable group effort and in the end was definitely considered a PHHS Post Prom 2023 success!!

Arrival time on Saturday:
🌴🌺Hello parents and post prom volunteers! 🌴🌺

Many have asked what time 🕰️ to arrive on Saturday evening to help work post prom event🎉.
The students will began arriving 🎟️approximately 10:45PM.
Please plan to arrive to the school between 9:15PM and 10:00PM. 🕶️
We may have a few last minute instructions or decoration details. 🧰

Also, please feel free to dress in your favorite Hawaiian shirt. 🏄‍♀️🏝️

We are only 7 days away from getting the school prepared for post prom.
⏱️⏰⏳⏱️⏰⏳

The Post Prom Theme is “Luau Party” and our juniors and seniors are anxious to see what is in store for them.🤩

I want to share a few updates:

Prom and Post Prom tickets are on sale.

These are two separate events, and students will need to purchase both tickets. Ladies that helped with the Princess Day fundraiser will receive a free Post Prom ticket. They still need to purchase a PROM ticket.

As a safeguard, please make sure your student receives an electronic receipt for their purchase and reach out if you have concerns about a transaction.

🌺DETAILS:🌺
We will begin transforming the high school immediately after school on Friday May 5th (only 10 days away).
We complete the transformation by the end of the night so there is nothing left to do on Saturday but enjoy the day with our juniors, take lots of pictures, see them off to dinner and then work the event.💃🕺

The more people we have to help with set up and tear down, the better💪.
I understand that most people have to work, so feel free to arrive as your evening schedule permits. I can assure you, we will need the help. 🧰

Having helping hands is essential✋🤚.
We have been doing some form of purchasing supplies and decor, reserving last minute vendors, coordinating financials, building activities, painting props and taking measurements almost daily. If you have any capacity and willingness to be part of it, please reach out.

There will be so many fun games, activities, vendors and prizes planned!
