St. Anthony Techs United

St. Anthony Techs United As Allied Health Medical Professionals at St. Anthony Hospital, we provide a vital role in the overall health and wellbeing of every patient.

By joining together as a union, we will be taking a stand for each other, our patients, and our families. We achieve this through technological advances made possible through the latest imaging diagnostics and experienced therapists knowledgeable in a wide range of medical diseases and conditions. By joining together as a union, our goals will be to create a safe work environment through appropria

te staffing to patient ratios, to better communicate the needs of the employees to leadership, create a better direction through transparency, honest, and equality, and to provide the opportunity to advance in our careers through competitive wages and higher education. By joining with the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) and the 1.7 million professionals in the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), we will be taking a stand for each other, our patients, and our families.
