We are honored to receive a $20,000 grant from Wildhorse Foundation, which will help us build a roof canopy over the soon-to-be-built access stairs and ramp to our new building. This will protect the entrances (and the people entering) from ice, snow and rain and will have the added benefit of shading the south side of the building. Thank you, Wildhorse Foundation!

Success! On Feb. 5, we acquired the building at 920 SW Frazer Ave., right next door to our existing child care center. Thank you so much to Pendleton Foundation Trust for believing in our mission back in 2022 and granting us $50,000 towards the purchase price! With our $1.5 million federal grant, we bought the building and will be renovating the former 3Rs Preschool space to make more child care rooms, as well as adding a ramp to the upper level of the building, making it fully accessible for the first time. We are looking forward to continuing to work with our terrific architect, Mark Seder, and wonderful general contractor, McCormack Construction.
