Going through a is just hard. I'm so focused on how I'll manage housing, healthcare, basic needs ... I don't have time to process my feelings. Breaking things down via blog posts helps. Poking gentle fun at myself helps. So I'm assuming the persona of a to get me through. Over...

If protecting children were actually the priority, the agenda would look very different. Instead, we get hearings about pronouns, panic over library shelves and laws targeting q***r people, while the things that actually put kids in danger are treated as politically inconvenient.

We see you.
You are loved.
You don't have to explain yourself.

Q***rs & Allies Coffee is back this Saturday at Sanctuary! ☕️🏳️‍🌈

📅 Saturday, September 26
🕛 Noon
📍 Sanctuary—a private home in Pendleton

Join us for an easy, low-pressure afternoon of coffee, conversation, warmth and community. Q***rs & Allies Coffee welcomes LGBTQ+ people and allies—whether you already know everybody or you’re gathering the courage to meet somebody new.

Because Sanctuary is a private home, RSVP and brief community-safety vetting are required. Scan the QR code or message Q***r Belonging Project; the address will be shared privately with confirmed guests.

Allergy heads-up: Scotty, Bailey and Charlie Mae live here. They have not contributed financially to the gathering, but they remain convinced they are hosting it. 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛

Come as you are. You belong here. 💜

Fun organizational discovery: one person cannot permanently be the founder, host, setup crew, snack department, conflict-response team, teardown crew AND social media manager.

Apparently that’s called “unsustainable.”

Rude.

QBP is looking for an LGBTQ+ or Two-Spirit adult volunteer to host our monthly Board Game Social in Pendleton—one Saturday a month.

You’ll help:
🎲 Set up games, snacks and coffee
👋 Welcome guests and newcomers
💜 Keep the gathering safe and friendly
🚗 Coordinate transportation for supplies
🧹 Tear down and reset the space

You run the gathering. QBP handles the marketing—which means no flyers, captions, event listings or ritual sacrifices to the Meta algorithm.

Scan the QR code or message Q***r Belonging Project to volunteer!
