The Nebraska Department of Economic Development is seeking your input! They are asking Nebraska households and organizations to weigh in by completing a brief survey. The information collected from this survey will be used to set goals for programs and investments in community development needs across Nebraska.

Starting November 4th, the survey is available through December 10th, 2024.

Information collected in this survey is confidential and used for data purposes only. No personally identifying information is required nor saved.

The Nebraska Departments of Economic Development (DED) and Health and Human Services (DHHS) jointly request your participation in this important process. The results of this survey will inform decision-making for funding priorities in the next five-year planning cycle (2025-2029).
