The Luke William Hahn Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that focuses on improving the lives of children and adults in the community through grief support. We recognize that each griever's journey is as unique as each individual's. The Friendly Hearts Club is a children's group that currently serves as an outreach program in the Pen Argyl School District. This program utilizes severa
