Stories of Resiliency Event Recap! 💗❤️

Our panelists led truly transformative conversations—sharing stories of persistence, resiliency, and the strength it takes to break barriers and redefine what leadership looks like. Their voices sparked connection, reflection, and inspiration in the room!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for either of the sessions, filled the space with red and pink, and stood in solidarity as we continue honoring Woman’s History Month.

Here’s to continuing the conversations, uplifting each other, and celebrating the women who move us forward.

Spring Break with purpose and heart! ✨
Our UNCP Braves spent their week showing what leadership looks like in action — serving communities from North Carolina to Oklahoma and even representing UNCP abroad.

At the Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill, students helped refresh and organize the space!

Students and staff traveled to Tahlequah, Oklahoma to partner with Habitat for Humanity in painting a home and worked with the town to prepare for the upcoming Red Fern Festival!

Across the globe, Student Body President John Squier carried the spirit of UNCP all the way to Italy while traveling with family.

We are so happy to have 2 VISTAs on UNC Pembroke campus & one of those in our office focusing on AfterSchool programs with our partner, Pembroke Housing Authority.

This month, we’re excited to welcome three new members to our NCCE VISTA cohort! 🎉

Nate Revels (Hunger Corps) and Victoria Blackwell (Afterschool Corps) have joined UNC Pembroke, and Jessica Agbemavor (Hunger Corps) is serving at Piedmont Community College. We’re so glad to have them on the team and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make.
