Family, GRAYEMPIRE34 CEO wants to explain why these 3 young men won the Diamond Medal 🏅

It wasn't about best dance moves. It was about WHO LISTENS.

1. DAVID LUNA — For David, I call him the manager. GRAYEMPIRE34 CEO calls him the manager because he acts like one. Sharp business sense, follows directions well, team player, prompt, everyone looks up to him. Reminds me of my son David.

2. HIGH KEY — GRAYEMPIRE34 CEO calls him the ankle breaker. Ankles made of steel! Gifted body that can do what most can't. Quick learner.

3. DICE — For Dice I call him the creeper. Quiet, mysterious, not in spotlight, but when he starts dancing he wakes up! He creeps up on you and he can really JOOK!

And as incentive, GRAYEMPIRE34 CEO created a SONG IN THEIR HONOR with ACTUAL COPYRIGHTS. LICENSED FOR THEM. OFFICIALLY THEIRS.

Proud of you young kings. 👑

I still vividly remember my first time facing Penny when I was a starter at the 5 position as an 11th grader. The gym was packed and he was already playing like a future NBA star even as a 10th grader. We all knew he was destined for greatness as both a player and a community leader, and yes, that is definitely me looking up at Penny as he gave us a good ole beat down. 🏀🐐

Anfernee 'Penny' Hardaway, of Treadwell High School, leads the unbeaten team to an 89-64 win over Mitchell High School, December 16, 1988. Hardaway scored 40 points in the game, including eight three-pointers.

🏛️ FROM MEMPHIS TO LUSAKA: THE CEO’S VISION
Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Umar Cassius Gray—Founder and CEO of Gray Empire 34 Global Corporation—came of age as a teenager right when this legendary dance style was first born in Memphis as "The Gangsta Walk." Over the last 30+ years, the new generation has evolved the art form into a global phenomenon known as "Jooking."

With Memphis forever in his heart, the CEO awarded an official sponsorship agreement to the talented youth of Jooking in Zambia. Last week, he challenged the team to create a 16:9 YouTube video using their imagination alongside their supporters, family, or schoolmates—representing Gray Empire 34’s mission of 100% positive, age-appropriate youth mentorship (18 and under).

Out of eight dancers, three young men listened, followed every direction, and trusted the process:
🥇 DAVID (aka LUNA) — Leadership, discipline, and carving his own path on campus.
🥇 CHRIS (aka HIGH KEY / ) — Overcoming community doubt to teach youth how to dance the right way—not the gangster way.
🥇 DICE — Bringing young children together through dance to promote peace and a positive path forward.

⏱️ TIMESTAMPS:
