Pooches in Pines Pembroke Pines, FL- A 501c3 volunteer group focusing to reunite lost dogs with their families.

The legal hold in the state of Florida is 3 days for animals without identification and 5 days for animals with identification. We hold pups for a period of 5 days across the board while we search for an owner. In the event that we are unable to locate an owner, they are kept in our kennel or placed in temporary foster homes prior to being placed into their permanent and forever homes. The length

of time an animal might spend in a foster home depends on the animals condition, and being able to find the right match. Prior to adoption, our pups are fully vetted which includes all necessary shots, heartworm and other parasite testing, microchipping, spay/neuter and any additional services deemed necessary. Sweet little Lyla fell into the most perfect home!
We didn't have Lyla very long before finding this beautiful family to adopt her. Lyla came to us unwanted, severely matted and in need of very special people to love her unconditionally.
We found just that! She now lives with her big crazy fur brother, a sweet older sister, two loving parents and her favorite human brother. Lyla is living the best life possible and even though she only weighs 7 lbs, she runs the house. Literally. Bed time is 8pm (sharp!) and she will sit there and bark at you until you take her to bed. 🫶🏼

We still have NO interest in cute little Bubba! 🩵 Available for Adoption

This little cutie is PERFECT! 💯

Bubba was the best patient at his vet appointment. He is approximately 4 months old and weighs 32 lbs. ( he will be a big boy). We're not sure what breed he is but we are thinking a perfect blend of Boxer/ Pit. (he has a wonky nub tail 🤪)

Bubba:
● Very well behaved and has undergone puppy training.
● Understands commands, such as 'Sit' and 'Come'.
● Most likely potty trained - goes potty as soon as we take him for a walk.
● Walks easily on a leash, no pulling.
● Friendly and Sociable!
● Dog friendly.
● Will try to play with cats, may chase (not aggressive).
● Can be mouthy wanting to play, usual puppy behavior but overall has a calm demeanor and not a crazy pup

🐶 Bubba has received his initial vaccines and is ready for a new home. He will be neutered soon.

Paige 🩷 Available for Adoption

Meet this beautiful girl, Paige. She is a 1-2 year old black Lab mix and weighs 50 lbs. She was found as a stray and has been vaccinated and spayed. She is ready for a new home!

Paige:
● Moderate- High energy ~ Needs an active home or yard to run and play
● Social and friendly meeting new people
● Gets excited seeing other dogs. Proper introduction helps! 🐕
● Will chase cats (unknown if she will harm them) 🤷🏼‍♀️
● Walks well on leash, pulls a little at first in excitement but she calms down once she gets going
● She is very smart, we think with consistency and some more basic training she will be the best pooch in the family!
● She is very lovable and loves giving kisses and sitting in your lap.
● Did wonderful at the vet receiving exam and vaccines!
● Rides perfect in the car

This is the little cutie who was left alone in the dog park. No one has come for him and it baffles us because he is nearly PERFECT! 💯

Bubs was the best patient at his vet appointment. He is approximately 4 months old and weighs 32 lbs. (YES, he will be a BIG boy!). We're not sure what breed he is but we are thinking a perfect blend of Boxer/ Pit. (he has a wonky nub tail 🤪)
