West Broward High School opened in 2008 and has had to deal with the challenge of not having an adequate athletic stadium that can host home games/events for football, soccer, track & field, lacrosse, JROTC, band and other school programs. Not only are our athletic and extracurricular programs affected but we currently have no facility that would allow our student body to gather to celebrate and honor important events. Due to the very limited practice field, our student body athletics, programs and activities are compromised. Providing the school with a stadium will also benefit the community as it will be an available option for community businesses and organizations to use it as well. GET WEST BROWARD HIGH SCHOOL A STADIUM, INC. is a community‐based, not‐for‐profit organization focused on raising funds and support for the construction of an athletic stadium at West Broward High School.
