I attended the 150/250 committee meeting this week and only six people have signed up for the door decorating contest. The date has been extended to turn in registration forms. The link is below for that form.

📍The Union Bank is still encouraging businesses to drop off any coupons, business cards, promo item, candy... for our graduates.
deadline is May 22 and 105 bags are going out.

ATTENTION PIMA members and business owners.
The Union Bank is putting together gift/swag bags for our Graduates this year. They are stuffing 105 bags and need some assistance filling them!!
Some ideas can be candy (starburst "you're a star)... coupons or promational items (parents might use them if the kids don't), like pens or sticky notes. Please have it to the Union Bank no later than May 22.

IT'S TIME🐰🥚

Join usvthis week March 23-28 on your HUNT for eggs around town at participating businesses!!

Once you find the eggs, make sure to get your stamp card stamped at each for your chance to WIN the prize!!

Then end the week on the 28th With a Bunny Meet and Great 10a-2p!!!

Have your stamp cards turned in by 2p March 28th!!!

PIMA is looking for candy donations and kids toys or whatever for the Easter bunny event on March 28. All donations can be dropped off to Todd at Beekers.

We are also looking for volunteers to park cars for the three scheduled car shows. Please see dates below. We would like to add some entertainment and things for the kiddos to do at the car shows. If any highschoolers are looking for some community service, we would be excited to have you do some face painting, or if you know if somebody that would do face painting that would be awesome.

We appreciate all the businesses that take the time to participate and donate or volunteer throughout the year.

Str8 Juice Bar will be hosting vendors 3p-6p

Looking for committee members and begin planning

🐰 MEET THE BUNNY : PIMA's first event of 2026 and the committee is looking for donations to he added to the gift bags The Bunny hands out to the kids that day
Donations can be dropped off to Beekers by March 18th.

📝 Membership is also due!! Please get those forms filled out and turned in. CURRENT members should have received an email with the form. If you are in need of one, please message us with the correct email.
Dues are as follows: 1st business $50 per year
Secondary business $35 per year
Citizen member: $25 per year
