Iowa Leadership Academy (ILA) is focused on providing both knowledge and experiences to those interested in improving their leadership ability. This page will be resources for Iowans to learn how to develop into their leadership potential. Currently we over both summer camp experiences and a monthly leadership subscription service. A

perfect gift for the teenager in your life who aspires to lead. In the Summer of 2014 ILA hosted the first Athlete Leadership Camp on the campus of Central College. This provided driven student athletes from across the state an opportunity to gather, learn how to reach their leadership potential and, most importantly, experience leadership challenges at the camp. Anyone can have leadership potential, but it is guided experiences that mold great leaders.
