For the past several months, my mornings have started a little earlier than usual.
I've been taking 5:00 AM Zoom calls, reading club proposals, discussing ideas, planning projects, and building relationships with student leaders nearly 8,000 miles away in Rwanda.
Today, I'm so excited to officially share that Little Acorns has partnered with Cleverland TSS in Rwanda! 🌍🌱
Through this partnership, Little Acorns will help support student-led clubs focused on leadership, service, education, culture, environmental stewardship, food security, and more. These clubs will be led by the students themselves, giving them the opportunity to identify needs in their school and community, develop solutions, and create meaningful change alongside their peers.
One of the things I'm most excited about is mentoring and coaching these student leaders as they plan projects, build leadership skills, and discover the impact they can have in their communities.
The mission of Little Acorns has always been simple: small actions can grow into something much bigger.
Now, that mission is reaching across the world.
Different countries. Different cultures. The same belief that young people can make a difference.
This is only the beginning, and I can't wait to see what these incredible students accomplish.
