The Bishop Estee and Ida Newman Scholarship Fund (“B.E.I.N.S.”) was officially established in 1985 as a higher education program operating through the New England Pentecostal Ministries. Our purpose and goal is to assist qualifying high school seniors within our community as well as those in surrounding areas to alleviate some of the financial obligations incurred in obtaining a higher education.

Along with our general assistance program, our ultimate goal is to some day be able to grant to some otherwise unfortunate individual a full four year scholarship to the college or university of his/her choice.
