At the core of our activities, is that strong desire to help children with disability and serve in a capacity that could potentially foster relations to change their lives and create a brighter future for them.
Realizing this dream is not possible without the humanitarian will of our partners, friends, and donors
We have been incredibly blessed by so many generous personalities and organizations this year for their donations to CEEDS Liberia. Every donation has meant we can provide even greater services and aid to people living with disabilities in Liberia expanding beyond our current scope of activities reaching out to more children and providing scholarship opportunities to two beneficiaries.
We are extremely grateful to our partners, friends, sponsors, and donors. Thank you for your donations, and thank you for your commitment to helping children with disability. Your kind gesture will go a long way in their hearts and those of their dear parents who are struggling to raise them. We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to donating, and we are grateful that you choose to donate to the CEEDS Liberia cause.
A special thank you to the Need Center for contributing over 55% of the donations we received this year. Thank you for being top donors, your concern for CEEDS Liberia's mission is inspiring. Thank you for your continued support.
The Need Center is a United States-based charity organization involved in helping people with disability in Massachusetts.
Uploading these items for shipping to Liberia has brought us so much pride, we just can’t over-emphasize the impact these kind gestures are going to have on children living with disability in Monrovia and its environs. Our team members Mrs, Korpo Manjo, who serves as head of operations, Ms. April Champ, a founding member who serves as a member of the board of directors, and the head of Nursing were passionately involved in uploading the 80ft container. Also on the team that uploaded the consignments was our Director Alex.
The Consignment departed the United States of America on May 10 and is expected to land in Liberia on June 16.
Going beyond our current scope to serve children with disabilities, our Liberia team will visit various communities to identify children with any form of disabilities to incorporate them into the CEEDS Liberia network of beneficiaries. We intend to serve approximately 00 children this summer.
The items will be arranged into packages and distributed among the beneficiaries.
