📣 Gate Call Process

We’ll call 4 riders at a time: In Ring, On Deck, In the Hole, and Waiting.
When you hear your name in the “Waiting” spot, be mounted and checked in with the Gate Steward.
Riders not checked in by the “On Deck” call WILL be scratched.
Having tack or horse issues? Let the Gate Steward know right away so we can work with you.

3:00 PM – Smokin Franks

🏆 Points Reminders

Must be a current member.
Horse and rider must be nominated.
The same horse/rider combo may run twice, but only the highest score counts.
Points begin counting from your membership date.

📋 IMPORTANT: Please complete the online waiver before attending any show this year. It takes less than 2 minutes and is required before competing. If you completed one last show, you DO NOT need to do it again.

🎉 We are just **8 days away from our 2nd Fun Show of 2026!** 🎉

Please see the event lineup below.

We will also be doing warm-ups a little differently at this show:

🕥 **10:30 AM – 11:00 AM:** Open Arena

🛢️ **11:00 AM – 11:45 AM:** $5 Barrel Warm-Ups
For $5, you will have the opportunity to warm up your horse in the arena **individually** with the barrels set up. This will allow riders to get a feel for the pattern and arena conditions before the show begins.

We look forward to seeing everyone on show day! 🐴🏆 Please help spread the word and invite your friends and family to come out and enjoy a great day at the club.

!Fun Show Class Announcements & Gate Rules!

We will read the sign-up sheets one time at the start of each class. Please make sure your name is written clearly and placed in the correct class.
If you do not hear your name called, you must report to Jacki or Darryle, our Gate Steward(s), with your paid receipt. You will then be added to the end of the class.

We will announce 4 names at a time in the following order:
• In Ring: Evie H.
• On Deck: Anna F.
• In the Hole: Ally W.
• Waiting: Sammy W.

As soon as you hear your name in the “Waiting” position, you must be on your horse and checked in with the Gate Steward.
You will have 3 chances to check in with the Steward. If your name is called for the “On Deck” position and you are not on your horse and checked in, you will be scratched from the class.

Communication is Key
If you are experiencing a tack issue or your horse has an injury, please report it immediately to Gate Steward. We can move you to the end of the class list if needed.
However, if your name is called 3 times and you have not checked in or communicated with the Steward, you will be scratched from the class.

We’ve got a great lineup to keep everyone fed all day!

🕚 **11:00 AM** – Spud Bank
🕛 **12:00 PM** – Winkie’s Ice Cream
🕧 **12:30 PM** – MamaMade Lemonade
🕒 **3:00 PM** – Smokin Franks

All food vendors plan to stay until they sell out. We’ve staggered arrival times to help keep food available throughout the day!

📍 **Vendor Locations:**
• MamaMade Lemonade will be located inside the clubhouse.
• Food trucks will be serving on both sides of the clubhouse patio.
• The ice cream truck will be set up on the left side of the arena. 🌟

# # # Points Rules:

* Must be a current member
* Must nominate horse and rider
* You may run the same combo twice, but only your highest score will count toward points
* If you become a member after a show, your points will only count starting from the date you join
* Green highlighted names indicate those who met all of the above criteria
