🎶 TUMBLE WEST HAS LIVE MUSIC! 🎶

We have so much musical talent right here in our community, and we’re excited to give some of our local musicians a stage!

🤠 The Good Ole Boys will be playing LIVE at Windmill Square, joined by special guest Al Gomez, from 8–11 PM!

And over at the Local Artist Gallery at La Tejana, you’ll catch TWO more live music groups:

It’s officially mural week, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome these incredible artists to our hometown for Tumble West Art Fest!

Over the next several days, you’ll see walls across Pecos come to life. Stop by, watch the process, say hello to the artists, and give them a warm West Texas welcome! 🤠❤️

Local artist Carlos Duenas blessed us with a new rendition, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Because THIS is the heart and intention behind Tumble West Art Fest: to see the creativity that already lives here come to light and SHINE. ✨

There is so much talent, imagination, and creativity in West Texas, and it’s time we celebrate it.

🚨 PECOS 🚨

We are thrilled to finish up our incredible line up of artists with another West Texas native,

Meet ✨ Pono ✨

Growing up working on West Texas and New Mexico cattle ranches, Pono began to shape his themes and characters from the legends and people of the Southwest landscape. His work is best described as “Neo-Western.”

Painting with a strong graphic style and bold colors, Pono creates anthropomorphic characters that seem to be in the midst of overcoming struggle or adversity, which leaves the viewer to interpret the message or quest as their very own.

We can’t wait to see Pono bring his version of the West to Pecos. 🤠🎨

Follow along and spread the word! Pecos’ biggest beautification project is already underway! Let’s celebrate October 3rd downtown Pecos!

We’re not done brining back the West Texas talent back west 🎨🔥

Born and raised just down the road in Odessa,

Meet ✨Jiminai ✨

Austin Cashell aka Jiminai received traditional training in printmaking from Texas Tech University. After making a career in design, he turned back to art picking up spray paints cans in the early 2010s. Since then he’s worked on a long list of murals both artistically and for corporate clients.

His approach to art is using bold colors while switching between photorealism and illustrative imagery to create unique juxtaposed pieces.

Not too long till we get to see what this West Texas talent is bringing back west! Join us October 3rd, downtown Pecos, Texas! 🌵🎨

Meet ✨Tara Johnston✨

Tara is bringing her love of bold florals, hand-drawn details, and joyful spaces all the way to Pecos.

Tara Johnston is an Austin-based mural artist & designer known for her bold use of color, stylized florals, and custom, hand-drawn lettering. Her work explores themes of nature, optimism, and our connection to the places around us, while drawing visual inspiration from folk art, vintage textiles, and traditional decorative arts.

Tara’s background in interior design has shaped her interest in how art can influence the way we experience everyday spaces, and through her work, she hopes to create moments of beauty, joy, and connection.

We can’t wait to see the little bit of magic she brings to the Wild West🌵🎨

From LA to New York, this artist has left his mark all over the some of our nations biggest cities. Now, Pecos gets to be one of them.

Meet ✨ 1440 ✨

James Smith, known worldwide as 1440 is a multidisciplinary artist working in a number of mediums and spaces. Mainly painting large scale murals, with the use of spray paint on exterior walls. His work on both walls and canvas can be found throughout the US in Major cities as well as small towns and unknown places across the Country.

We can’t wait to see what 1440 brings to Pecos. 🎨🔥 Mark your calendars and tell your friends! October 3rd in downtown Pecos ,Texas!
