OK, so we had a fantastic time at our first ever Blakely Block Party, and I just wanted to say thank you to our community and our committee members and all our sponsors that made this day possible! What we are looking for is some feedback! We would love to hear about your experiences and your comments and concerns and ata boys! Please let us know how we can improve for next year! Join us for the last Farmers’ Market of the season. Get your farm fresh veggies, eggs, & honey. Plus homemade homegrown herbal tea, sourdough bread, plants & flowers. It’s the last change to stock up on delicious jellies, pickles & goats milk soap & other artisan holistic products. Come hungry 3Jacks will be whipping up the most delicious egg sandwiches you ever had and Rising Bear serving up hot coffee & cold brew. See you at the market!

The 5k (centimeter) Race was such a blast at the Block Party! This fun activity was for all children’s age groups, and benefited Fruits and Roots Community Fridge! It was complete with bib numbers, a water station, medals, and of course the community cheering them on!

Wow. What a day Blakely! We have sore feet, sunburnt cheeks, and the fullest of hearts you can imagine. To our community, thank you. To our sponsors and our vendors, thank you for your support and belief in us. We are a team that wanted to create something amazing for our neighborhood and something to benefit our local businesses. We hope we did that, but we know we gained so much more from each of you through the process. We can't wait to share more details of our incredible day.
