If you ever spent time with Jane, you would realize that she loved puns. She loved to receive puns. She loved to share puns. She was so quick-witted that sometimes the puns would pop out like gum from a gumball machine. So here we will share a little "Jane wink" or better "Wednesday wink" to get you through the rest of the week. Keep laughing. Keep smiling.

For decades at The Heart, someone would share an inspirational quote at the morning flag ceremony. Later that day, there would be time for reflection on the quote, and girls would share their interpretations. We call it the "Thought for the Day." It's a very simple Heart tradition, and Jane would love that we are sharing quotes on social media. She would be one of the last to chime in because she wanted her campers to speak up and share their thoughts. She listened. She acknowledged. She empowered. 💙❤️💚

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, let's wear pink to support one another and encourage women to not skip a regular screening.

After spending all summer continuing his mom's legacy and his own love for summer camps at Camp Mac in Munford, AL with his family, we now want to shower Deen Howell with lots of birthday shoutouts and messages.
