My name is Frederick Jefferson, a father of a child with special needs. I am the organizer of the support group for men entitled Man-II-Man which discusses such topics as: the stress of parenting, stress on the siblings, stress on the marriage or relationship, etc. These types of issues can steer a person to a feeling of isolation and cause complication in relationships. The support group provides

an environment where men may share personal experiences and those contending with the same or similar adversity may gain information from others. Everyone will be heard in a respectful, non-judgmental atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, spiritual guidance and encouragement. This page will be used to share information regarding our monthly meetings. As well as a source to request specific topics or information fathers may want to discuss in future meetings.
