Chance for Hope Foundation The Chance for Hope Foundation provides assistance to children with cancer through housing, support services, research funding and educational resources.

Andrea and Scott Davidson founded the Chance for Hope Foundation to honor the memory of their son Chance, who passed away at the age of 13 after a courageous fifteen-month battle with brain cancer. Chance's kindhearted spirit and trademark smile live on through the many great works of the Chance for Hope Foundation.

This past Saturday, we held our Eleventh Annual Chance for Hope Going Gold Fun Run and we are happy to report that it was an incredible success with fun had by all!!! We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our generous sponsors, our dedicated fun run committee, our committed volunteers, and all of the runners and walkers who participated to help promote pediatric cancer awareness. Please join us on Saturday, September 12 for the Chance for Hope Going Gold Fun Run as part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The event will take place at Pearland Town Center, and as always will feature an Event Village for our race sponsors and a Kids' Zone with DJ, Temporary Tattoos, Balloon Art, Caricatures, Snow Cones and more!

Choose between a 5K run/walk and a 10K run for this officially timed event open to runners and walkers of all ages.

Please join us for our annual Chance for Hope Going Gold Fun Run on Saturday, September 12, 2026. All registered participants will receive a race medal and race shirt (register by August 26 to guarantee race shirt) and will automatically be entered into our Going Gold Raffle!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at Grit & Glamour on Friday, April 10 at House of Blues Houston! Just a reminder that tickets are on sale now for our two amazing raffle items. The first raffle item is a gorgeous pair of diamond earrings donated by our dear friends Billy and Connie Stagner of ACORI Diamonds & Design. Valued at $4,000, these stunning earrings feature dazzling natural diamonds totaling 2.0 carats!

Our second raffle item is for 2 Lower Bowl Season Tickets for the 2027 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. That is over 20 nights of amazing superstar entertainment and rodeo action! With season tickets, you can choose the shows you want to attend and use the others to entertain clients, reward members of your team at work, or treat family and friends!

Tickets for each raffle are only $100, and only 200 tickets for each will be sold. So your odds of winning are spectacular!
