Registration for our RunFit Offseason Training program is now open!

Ages 10 and older are welcome. Younger ages are accepted at the coaches discretion.

We highly recommend this program for our athletes who want to compete in Indoor.

Fee is $150/mo. No drop-ins!

First practice is Mon, Oct. 5, 6:30pm.
