"Would you show up to a job you quit? Then why do you keep answering sin's calls?"

You wouldn't drop everything for a boss who fired you. You wouldn't rearrange your week for a job you already walked away from.
So why does sin still get that kind of power? The guilt trip. The "just this once." The call to stay a little longer.
Here's the truth: sin can't fire you, because sin was never supposed to be your boss again.

You don't work for sin. You never have to answer that call.

Grace doesn't make sin more attractive. It makes Jesus more valuable.

What if your joy was connected to God?

You can lose a job.
You can lose possessions.
You can lose comfort.

But what Christ has given you in Him cannot be taken away.
Stand in His grace. Move in His grace. Live in His grace.
And rejoice in something you can never lose.

Salvation is more than you think.
Christ didn't simply come to fix what Adam broke.

He brought you from outside to inside.
From servant to son or daughter.
From condemnation to grace.
From death to reigning in life.

And here's the part we need to remember:

Romans 5:8 reminds us that God's love wasn't waiting for a better version of you.

Jesus came for you at your worst.
And if He loved you then, you can trust His love now.

People who love you can encourage you. They can pray for you, root for you, stay up worrying about you. But they can't fix you. They can't free you.

There's only One who doesn't just hope you get it right — He actually makes you right. That's not motivation. That's not a self-help line. That's grace doing what nothing else can do.

Sometimes we live like we're one mistake away from losing God's grace.
But salvation isn't based on how perfectly you perform. It's based on what Christ has already done.
You don't have to live like you don't belong.

You were brought in by grace. So enjoy it. Celebrate it. Trust it.
