Hey hope everyone is doing well back that way. We had a couple a couple friends reach out, one is starting a tree trimming business the other is looking for a dependable cheap car. If anyone needs any trees trimmed or has a cheap dependable car they are selling please let us know so we can link you guys up. So i know there have been a few people who responded to the post we made after being released about our disagreeing with the state of Virginia concerning the interpritation of the new cannabis laws, and their own, as well as many many other individuals ideas of what that reference axtually meant. To anyone with a genuine concern, this was our response
" So we are back in califorbia and wanted to wait untill back home and in contact with our support group here before saying to much on here, there are many ppl on here (supportive and not) so im sure you can understand our reasons in doing so. WE HAD OUR HOME AND STORE RAIDED ON FEB 4TH BY LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH SIGNIFICANTLY SIZED RAID TEAMS. Information "allegedly provided" and used to justify our home being searched was falsified and we have learned that ppl involved with other local shops were at our indictment hearings and ppl who lost revenue from our opening were also involved in local government. We were held with out bond from then untill now. Major lawyers refused our case because of the political and monetary issues tied in with giles county and did not want to go against them. We both got 10 years, 9 years suspended. Had to forfiet all the w**d, all funds from our non profit accoubts and llc acoubts and 7k off my wifes inmate account in this deal. We could have gone to trial but it would have been a long drawn out process and still would not have had a bond. With out going into the specifics that is a general overview of what happened"
We have had other indivuals make comments encouraging us to "name drop, or put the specific information about people and their business on here and try to instigate more problems for us then there have already been. We believe these people, as well as everone who lives near the area, already know all the specifics, especially based on information provided to us about their direct assosiations and personal involvement with certain establishments and believe they had alterior motives in making their postings. No matter their intention, our mission in coming to Giles and opening Cali Vibes was to provide cannabis "a life changing and extreemly benifcial plant for many", to anyone who experienced significant increases in their quality of life from its use. We believe everyone has the right to share in the benifit of this amazing plant, wether they were able to afford the price of products being sold in establishments near by or not. We also believe in helping those in need in your community, especially when they can not help themselves and have no way to ever repay your efforts.
These are the things that have meaning to us, and that give purpose and meaning to our lives and are the things we choose to put pur energy into on a day to day basis, not personally attacking people on irrelovant social media platforms who have already shown their true colors to the people in their communitkes who greatly benifited from pur establishment opening up in their town.
For those who asked if we are coming back or letting you down, we put our all into what we did and believe in and did everything we could to support idealisms. We hope you can understand the situation from our viewpoint. You have definently been let down but not by our establishment, or mission, our goals or our ideas.
We loved the area, the people, and way of life in a small town. We have family here in california who rely on us and depend on us for support, and we do not have the option to let them down, but had it had been up to us we would have loved to brought pur families their and continued to build what we started. It just wasnt what was meant to be for the time and we have no grudges or animosity and we wish everyone back that way the absolute best in all their endevours and enjoy hesring from those that did support us.

Hey hows everyone doing, hope everyone is doing well and enjoyed their summer. We ended up having a difference of interpretations of the law locally but we are happy to be back out and are looking to buy a reliable car if anyone has one for sale. Preferably in the 1500$ range that is reliable and can make it to california. If anyone has one please let us know. As always positive vibes.
