Today, Silent Hero USA mourns the passing of Ron Thamesāa true servant leader whose guidance, wisdom, and unwavering faith touched countless lives. Ron was more than a mentor; he was a steady light, offering encouragement, integrity, and purpose to all who had the privilege of learning from him.
We are deeply grateful for his leadership, his heart for others, and the faith he lived out daily. His legacy will continue through the lives he shaped and the values he stood forāservice, humility, and devotion.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, and all who are grieving this loss. May we honor Ron by continuing the mission with the same strength, compassion, and faith he so faithfully demonstrated.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our leader and friend Ron Thames.
Ronald E. Thames

Ronald E. Thames, known professionally and personally as Ron Thames, passed away on February 5, 2026. He was 77.
Ron was the founder, inventor, and visionary behind FuelBuster, FireAde, Enforcer, and FIREBULL firefighting products. As the President and CEO of Enforcer One, LLC, he served as a guiding force in the advancement of firefighting, fuel hazard mitigation, and environmental safety technologies. Under his leadership, Enforcer One grew into a globally respected organization, with its World Headquarters located in Peachtree City, Georgia. Ronās lifeās work was defined by innovation, determination, and an unwavering commitment to protecting lives, property, and the environment.
Ron is preceded in death by his beloved son, Ronnie Thames (2004), and his parents, Eugene Horace Thames and Ethel Margaret Thames.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Thames; his daughter, Andrea Thames, and grandsons Zach Shirk and Bryan Shirk; his sons Will Lawson, Mark Lawson (and grandchildren Trace, Landry, and Nash Lawson), Stephen Lawson and Katy Lawson (and grandson Stephen), and sister Sheila Towns (and nephew Justin Gulledge).
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 5:00ā7:00 PM at Parrott Funeral Home, 8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213.
A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Peachtree City Christian Church 500 Kedron Dr, Peachtree City, GA 30269, with interment at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in Ronās memory to Silent Hero USA. Donations may be sent by check or made online by visiting www.ronniethames.org.
Ron Thames will be remembered not only as a pioneering inventor and respected industry leader, but as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose legacy will continue through the lives he touched, the technologies he created, and the values he stood for.
