Health Angels PHILLIP STREETMAN-Founding Member Originally from Detroit, MI, Phillip was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at an early age.

Although he initially lived with his mother and then his maternal grandmother, Phillip was forced to move to numerous group homes after they both passed. Later he was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. Although he never completed high school, it was soon discovered that Phillip was extremely bright. Today with his health challenges well managed, standing tall, he is a founding member of “Health Ang

els”. His advocacy work keeps him on the phone and in the community for hours each day, as he reaches out to other disabled individuals in need. A typical busy day includes: soliciting charitable donations, searching for food and clothing banks, assisting with Medicaid and Medicare applications, ordering specialty wireless phones, arranging Meals-on-Wheels and processing enrollment for legal services.
