Below is our plan for routes on Wednesday:

City of Corning and City of Piggott – We will run our regular Wednesday routes in these cities. However, there may be some customers we are unable to get to due to the icy road conditions.

Commercial Customers – We will run routes for commercial dumpsters in all cities and empty all dumpsters that we can safely get to.

Clay County Residential Routes – We will not be able to run our Wednesday routes on Wednesday in Clay county.

Greene County Residential Routes – We will run our Wednesday routes on Wednesday. However, there will be some customers we are unable to get to due to the icy road conditions.

Please note that we will not go down any ice-covered roads. If you do not fit the criteria above, we will get your trash for both weeks on your regular pick-up day next week. Inclement Weather Policy
We make every effort to be at your place every week. However occasionally due to inclement weather (icy road conditions, etc), we may be unable to run. If we are unable to run for 2 consecutive days, it is impossible for us to get all routes run that week. In such situations, we get as many people as we can with the time available that week and on the roads with the best conditions (usually towns and highways). If we are unable to get to you that week, we will pick up trash for both weeks the following week. There will be no credit issued to accounts due to inability to run that week. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but the circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during this time.
