UUCSC member spotlight: Barbara Nowicki 💚
Gardener, artist, scientist, and lovely human being. Why? She has gifted one of her extraordinary handmade quilts in a raffle to support UUCSC.
She is a 4th generation quilter, has several that she works on at once, and has ideas for hundreds more. Color and quality of fabric is very important to her and each piece of this quilt has been selected and placed with incredible intention. Truly priceless (but functional) art.
If you'd like a chance to win this very cozy and very beautiful quilt, buy a raffle ticket! They are $10 each and the winner will be selected on June 28.

This Sunday, the first Sunday in June, we will be collecting food for the Jonnycake Pantry. Please don’t forget to bring what you can. Pasta, sauce, rice, beans, cereals, ultra-pasteurized milk, and canned meats and fish like tuna are especially appreciated! ❤️

Coming of Age
Rites of passage are important for the individuals and their communities. In our Living Tradition, built on Covenants and not creeds, those rites include dedicating ourselves to children, marriage, death and the one we will be celebrating during the season of graduations: our teens Coming of Age. In this service, they will share their statements of faith and the lessons they've learned so far.
